Support Breast Cancer Research!

Breast Cancer is an awful disease and one that has affected my family personally. So for this month, it's very important to promote awareness of the disease and ways one can help. I am walking in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk (and feel free to donate to my team!) this Sunday. Another way I want to help is to share with you ways you can buy things you might be tempted to buy anyway that will also be donating money to one of the breast cancer research organizations. Here are some examples:

Luna Lou is donating 10% of all their pinky prep blankets to breast cancer awareness.

Tiny Sprouts is donating a portion of all their cotton candy and rose colored items to breast cancer research.

A Brown Dog is donating $5 of their proceeds of their Sofie Says Never Give Up to counsel children with parents who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Susanne Maddux is donating a percentage of her pink “cosmo” diaper totes to breast cancer charities.

Petunia Petunia is donating 15% of sales to breast cancer awareness.

Sophie and Lili is donating 10% of sales of the pink cashmere infant dress to breast cancer awareness.

Preggers n' Proud is donating a portion of sales of their Buddha Belly Tank to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Giggle is selling a Pink-Ribbon Duckie with a portion of their proceeds going to benefit critical breast cancer research.

And finally, Munchkin is also selling a Pink Duck of their own and will donate a portion of their proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
