babysparewear Travel Kit
I read about this product, the babysparewear Travel Kit on another blog (I unfortunately don't remember which one), and they thought it was a pointless baby product. After reading about it a bit, I must say I disagree. The idea is that you have a travel kit with a spare outfit for your baby for those times when you need to change him in public. Each kit has two t-shirts (one long sleeved, one short sleeved) and a pair of pants, which are sized long so you can get more wear out of them. There's also a back pocket where you can place a spare diaper or container of wipes.
Now, I understand that when you have your diaper bag, you can easily have these same items hidden in there, and they would probably take up less room. But what happens when your baby isn't feeling too well and the spare outfit gets dirty? Or when you forget to repack your diaper bag after a previous accident? I think something like this would be perfect to stash in your car or maybe the grandparents' house just in case. I've found myself stuck once or twice before, and the Travel Kit would have come in very handy. If only they made a version for mothers for when the baby has an accident all over us!
One word of caution. I emailed Super Momz where I first discovered this product to ask for a better picture a week ago, and they didn't even write back. So their customer service may not be that great, and I highly suggest you buy it from Baby Geared (as linked above) or from another vendor listed on the babysparewear website.
