Personal Pacifier Holders and Keep It Kleen Pacifier
Anderson never took to a pacifier. While this is good in that I don't have to wean him from it (although I do wish he would take it for self soothing reasons). For those of you who have a baby that uses a pacifier, I know that the end up on the floor quite often, and a mother needs to figure out how to deal with that. Some products are on the market for such a problem. The Personalized Pacifier Holders at Lilliput Designs clip to the child's shirt. As long as your baby isn't rolling on the ground, this can work quite well. I love how you can choose the color of the clip as well as have his or her name on it.
Another option is the Keep-it-Kleen Pacifier. Made with a shield instead of a handle, the shield on it closes automatically whenever the pacifier is dropped. The shield also locks closed so that you can store it without a cover. It's currently only available in red, but soon it'll have nine other cool designs.

FYI, these pacifiers suck. They pop out and close when baby doesn't intend them to, and they leave marks on baby's face.
