Review: How Many Days Ago?
Every now and then a great new gadget comes out and you wonder just how you lived without it before. Well, for some of us, Days Ago might be just one of those things. Invented by a mother who was frustrated with never knowing how long that baby food has been in the fridge, Days Ago has one simple purpose: count the days and hours as they go by.
You might imagine that a device with one simple purpose would be very simple to use. That's definitely the case with Days Ago. There's one button. Press and hold for five seconds to start counting. And press it to switch between days and hours. Days Ago counts up the days and hours after that.
Days Ago comes in two varieties: magnetic and suction. Magnetic is useful for sticking on the outside of your refrigerator, or on the metal tops of baby food jars. And suction is useful for sticking on those clean flat non-magnetic surfaces that are plentiful in your refrigerator.
Is this something that everybody needs? Well, that all depends. Some people can probably get by with a grease pencil hanging by the refrigerator, and others can simply remember. But for the rest of us, Days Ago is definitely a huge help in the kitchen and around the house.
