All You Need Is Love

When my first child was born, I was inundated with gifts. There were tiny outfits, little piggy banks and photo albums. Of all the gifts my new little family received, I have to say one of my favorites was this CD, All You Need Is Love: Beatles Songs for Kids. I still have it many years (and kids) later. I guess you have to be a Beatles fan to fully appreciate it, but for a parent who has just spent their day listening to the same children's music all day long, this CD provides some welcome relief. It puts a little bit of "you" back in your day and keeps your little one from losing it. All you need is love? Who knows if that's true, but when you are holding your little baby and humming these great tunes. It sure seems that way.
