April is Autism Awareness Month

Did you know that April is Autism Awareness Month and April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day? Autism spectrum disorders now impact 1 in 150 children. In recent years, there has been a lot of media attention directed toward autism and related disorders. If you want to show off your own autism awareness, you can stick a magnet on your car, put on a tee shirt or carry it around on your coffee mug. Once you start sharing your knowledge, you might be surprised to find out you are in a pretty big club.
