For all us busy moms out there! There is also a product called "Stove Guard".
Stove Guard can prevent many fires that start on a stove. It works by using motion sensors to determine when the stove has been left unattended and turns off the stove after a specified time period that you set. Stove Guard can be used for gas or electric stoves. The only company that I found that has this product is http://www.sengistix.com.
