Pod Bouncer

Infant seats are all pretty similar, and sometimes it's hard to decide which one is best for you. We think that the Pod Bouncer is definitely one that stands out from the rest and should be considered. It can be rocked by hand, has a vibration setting, and as your baby grows older can learn to jiggle it himself. It has two positions, a removable toy bar, and removable canopy. The best part is that it hooks up to your MP3 player, so you can also soothe your baby with his favorite tunes. It supports up to 25lbs.

HiLo Chair

I think one of the most fun baby products to buy is the high chair. There are so many interesting ones on the market now with tons of great features. But more importantly, there are a lot that are cool looking and very modern. The HiLo Chair is one example. It has two heights, curved armrests, a raised plastic tray, resistant nylon wheels, and a three point seat belt. It comes in four colors too: asparagus, carrot, portobello, and raspberry.

Fresco Loft Chair

Here's a high chair that is definitely worth the money you'll spend on it. The Fresco Loft Chair is also an infant recliner and toddler seat and safe for infants 3 months and up, so you'll get tons of use out of it. The seat fully reclines so an infant could sleep in it, and it also swivels 360 degrees so you can leave it in one place and have it facing any way you want! It comes with a white seat pad, a dishwasher safe tray that is removable, five point harness with adjustable shoulder straps, and multiple position footrest. It also features an easy lift height adjuster, multiple position reclining seat, enclosed wheels at the base, and a storage compartment.

Fisher-Price Papasan Cradle Swing

A swing is definitely indispensible when you've got a newborn in the house. This Fisher-Price Papasan Cradle Swing will definitely give you a place to keep your little one occupied while you get a few moments to do important things like eat and bathe. This papasan cradle will swing front to back and side to side for a little variety (although honestly your baby is probably one or the other, but its definitely nice to have options). The nest-like seat will keep your baby comfortable in its soft multi-textured materials. Above there's a motorized mobile that incorporates 3 different characters. And a neat feature that I hadn't heard of before is a mirrored globe that lets your baby see all over. The swing holds up to 24 pounds.

Review: Fisher-Price Healthy Care Booster Seat

When we were done with our high chair, we moved on to this Fisher-Price Healthy Care Booster Seat. We wanted something that we could strap right onto a chair and buckle Anderson into, and this one fit the bill. This booster seat comes with a tray that snaps in, and another tray "liner" that snaps onto that tray. This gives you 2 trays to use through the day, so hopefully you don't have to clean a try for every meal. There's also a snap-on lid that goes over the trays, but we never found any use for it. The seat height is adjustable. It has three positions, but we've been using the highest position since we got it. You might have to adjust it depending on your table.

The best part about this seat is its portability. The seat can fold up and squish down into something that's quite small. We stowed it in the back of our car on a recent car trip, and it gave us a guaranteed child seat no matter where we went.

BB2 Rocker

Every kid needs a chair of their own. Andy has really taken to sitting in chairs that are just his size, so I know he would love the BB2 Rocker over at Modern Seed. This rocker is made from environmentally friendly, industrially grade materials. It's remarkably easy to clean and would make a perfect addition to any play room, bedroom, or living room! And best of all, enter coupon code FILLY10 at checkout to save 10% off order.

Pirate Rocking Boat

Looking for a rocking horse that's a little off the beaten path? Or maybe you've got a lover of the season on your hands. Either way, this Pirate Rocking Boat definitely fits the bill. It's not entirely clear if the steering wheel turns, but it definitely looks like a neat place to sit and rock, while the waves crash against the hull. There is some assembly, but hopefully it isn't too difficult.

Kaboost Portable Chair Booster

Have a child who refuses to sit in her booster seat? Well, with the Kaboost Portable Chair Booster you can boost the entire chair. This portable booster has non-slip rubberized feet, and 2 height positions (although I do not know what those positions are). It fits most chairs with square or round legs. Kaboost is available in three colors: Green, Natural, and Chocolate.

Lean On Me Activity Bolster

When Anderson was just learning to sit, we always had to stick a pillow behind him, because he would throw himself backwards at the slightest provocation. With this Lean On Me Activity Bolster our fears would've been eased. And as an added bonus it makes a great play area. There are five different toys attached, including an eight page book that crinkles and rattles. There is a removable snack cup, storage pockets and a carry handle. This might be a great bolster to take with you on your holiday travels this year. The one thing I don't get is: do they really expect 2 year olds to use this? Maybe as a place to sit while watching their favorite TV show?

Harley Davidson Rocker

We've got a neighbor who loves to ride his big Harley-Davidson around town. He's now an empty-nester, but I bet he'd love to give something like this Harley-Davidson rocker to his grand kids. The rocker is inspired by the Harley-Davidson Softail Deuce. It has a leather seat, and a sculpted and chromed front fork to support the handlebar. The motorcycle is securely attached to the base to keep kids safe.
