Salter Electronic Baby Scale and Toddler Scale

babyscale.gif

I remember my husband's grandmother telling me how a mom would weigh her baby so many years ago. Basically, a mom would get on the scale, weigh herself and then hold her baby and weigh herself again. Then, based on a simple math equation, you would have the weight of the baby. Whew, I'm glad those days are over. I don't know a single post partum mother that wants to get on a scale. But most moms do want to track the weight of their baby. This electronic baby scale has a unique design that holds the weight steady even as the baby wiggles around. Then as your baby turns into a toddler, you can take the basket off the base to reveal a cute teddy bear shaped scale your little one will love to use.

Infant Stim-Mobile

stimmobile.jpg

When choosing a mobile for your infant's crib, don't felt trapped by the theme of your nursery. This Infant Stim-Mobile may look unconventional, but the shapes and colors are designed to stimulate your baby's visual development. Best if all, the images are reversible, so as your baby grows you can change the patterns around to keep your little one interested in the designs.

My Closet Organizer System for Kids

babyorg.jpg

When you have a baby, you always want to stock up on what you need. Unfortunately, that can leave the nursery really cluttered. You can clean up the room and keep your sanity with a really good organizer system. This system is so flexible, you can rearrange it as your infant grows and your needs change. Best of all, installation is a snap because you just hang it from your existing rod. No tools needed!

Infant Day & Night Handheld Color Video Monitor

videomonitor.jpg

It's a precious time when your baby falls asleep. But there's still no rest for you. You can watch over your little one with this portable video monitor. Older models were limited by wires and limited range. With this handheld monitor you can get the mail or even mow the lawn and still keep a close watch on your baby. You can have peace of mind without having to poke your head in the room and risk waking your baby.

Clear Nasal Aspirator

nasal.jpg

When you think about the least pleasant tasks you might need to do as a new parent, aspirating your baby is probably right up there. Personally, I hated using the "baby squeegy" as we called it. This nasal aspirator is a lot more baby-friendly. There are two different silicone tips to accommodate different nostril sizes. It even plays music to distract your baby during those unpleasant moments and there is a collection cup that make clean up easier too.

DOLPHIN MOBILE

dolphins-M.jpg

When I lived by the beach, I loved watching dolphins playing and jumping in the ocean. It truly is one of nature's amazing shows. This dolphin mobile captures the playful spirit of dolphins perfectly. The black and white color contrasts and primary colors will keep your baby intrigued while you enjoy the sweet images of the dolphins playing over your little one's crib.

Sophie the Giraffe Teether, Brown/ White

giraffe.jpg

Teethers are an item most parents would call essential. And yet, it always seemed to me that there was never one around when you needed one. Your baby will always want Sophie the Giraffe Teether within arm's reach. There are so many surfaces for your baby to teeth on: legs, ears, and neck. The contrast of colors will keep your baby's attention as well. What's more, the soothing texture will help your baby hang on tight so there is risk of dropping the teether on the floor.

Da Vinci Anastasia Convertible Sleigh Crib - Cherry

crib.gif

I like to experiment with unique, funny clothes for my kids. I let my four year old run around with a mohawk. But for some reason when it comes to baby furniture, I choose to stick with the traditional looks, like this convertible sleigh crib. I guess there is just something cozy and safe about an old standard. A mom likes to know that her little baby is tucked away safe and sound in their room. As the baby grows, you can convert the crib into a toddler bed which provides so much familiarity for your baby and extends the life of the bed for you, so you can spend your money on other things...like a room full of toys.

Sassy Me In The Mirror

cribmirror.jpg

The sound of your baby cooing and babbling makes you smile. But at 6:30 in the morning that sound might also make you mumble, "Ugh, just a few more minutes." Buy yourself some extra time with the Sassy Me in the Mirror. Babies love looking at themselves and the bright colored tags, and teethers will also keep your little angel happy while you catch valuable extra Zzs. When it's time for floor play just unstrap it and lay it down. You can even take it in the car. In this economy, you'll be glad you have a toy with such versatility.

monitor.jpg

A dirty little secret about being a parent: You lose sleep when they cry in their crib, you lose sleep when they don't. You just lay there wondering, "What's going on in there?" Or maybe it's just me. The Summer Infant Deluxe Day and Night Handheld Color Video Monitor can help you get a decent night sleep when your baby does too. The nine built-in infrared LEDs permit the camera to view clear images within a distance of up to six feet in total darkness. This night vision feature is a way great to give you piece of mind. Also, it's portable and wireless so you can take it with you outside during the day. It's a great way to multi-task. You can keep an eye on the baby and get that yard work done!! That's a feature any parent can appreciate.
