Meadow Rug by Haba

I am not sure if Haba has ever made a product that I haven't liked. I just found the Meadow Rug, and I am in love with it. Each end has beautiful and colorful flowers, and one side also has a butterfly flying around. I think it'd probably work better for a girl than a boy, but I still want it in Andy's nursery! It is made of wool and has a cloth backing. It's also available for free shipping!

Odds & Ends from Haba

I love this organizer from Haba. Its got lots of pockets and comes with a removable mirror and a small pin cushion. This would be a great organizer to put up next to your changing table. Then when your little one gets older, move it down to his height to have some extra space for toys and knick-knacks.

Handy Hook Coat Rack by Haba

If you want a coat rack for your child's room but don't have the floor space, the Handy Hook Coat Rack by Haba is perfect! It screws into the wall, it's arms don't stick out very far (and it looks like they can turn in or out, but we aren't 100% positive on that), it's colorful with a happy smiling face, and the pockets are removable and machine washable.

Crystal Lamps

If you're nursery is going to be super girly, we think these Crystal Lamps would be a perfect addition. They have glass and acrylic beads dangling from the curved metal frame, and they use a 25 watt candelabra bulb. They are currently available in pink and white, and there's also matching chandeliers too.

Egg Nightlight

We haven't really used a night light yet as Andy hasn't needed it. But I must say the Egg Nightlight is pretty neat. It has a nice and simple design, and it is available in five different colors. Also, since it's round it's lights go all around the room and not just on the ceiling.

"Race Ya" Wall Decal

This wall decal is just awesome. The set includes 4 curved sections, 8 straight sections, and 5 movable cars. You can make a great design that goes all over your nursery walls and floors. Then, you can stage mini races with the cars! This would look great in a properly themed nursery, but it might look a tad out of place otherwise.

Monster in the Closet Lock

Andy's still a little young to be afraid of the dark (and anything lurking in it), but this is a great idea for any child that has such fears. The Monster in the Closet Lock can be placed on the closet door at night time to help your child feel secure that nothing will jump out at him once he goes to bed. It even has a working key! There's also the Monster Under the Bed Bomb if that is another scary area for your child.

Robot Lamps

I've always found robots a little creepy, especially after the Terminator movies. But if your little one likes them, the Robot Lamps might be a good choice for the nursery. Each one is wood and painted with a shade that has shooting lines and stars. We wish they weren't so segregated into boy and girl via their colors though.

Hand-Made Wicker Cradle

I'm not usually the biggest fan of wicker, but the Hand-Made Wicker Cradle is just gorgeous! It includes a pure wool mattress, the base stand, and the linen lining, and it's made in Italy. If you want a truly stylish (and expensive) nursery, this is one item that is a must!
